The Handbook includes lots of useful standard details to reduce flanking sound between residential accommodation. The handbook is free but does required you to sign up to the website - this is mainly so that you can be notified of updates, as new constructions are added periodically.
Robust Details Handbook
This is a useful document which gives a good overview of the both the legislative background and practical issues around acoustics and overheating in residential accommodation. Usefully it cross-references the acoustic issues with the various ventilation categories given in Approved Document F.

Association of Noise Consultants
The ANC is a trade association for acoustic, noise & vibration consultancy practices in the UK.
